️ Juan Carlos «Kco» y Carol, creadores y organizadores del Azembora, lugar de la esencia y los ritmos africanos, se formaron en KSC de Maestre Petchu y Vanesa Ginga Pura de Lisboa, también en ALC Dance Studios de Afrolatin Connection de Oporto y en la Ricadda Dance School de Londres. Han recibido intensivos y formación privada, y han participado de festivales nacionales e internacionales, pero esto no les impide seguir formándose periódicamente.
Kco realizó además su formación oficial como DJ en Portugal, en la «International Dj School ProDj» de Lisboa, y además lo complementa con técnicas aprendidas por docentes cualificados y reconocidos como Banderas, To Costa, Hype Mike, etc. Cuenta con experiencia docente y de gestión de eventos, con más de treinta años de múltiples y variadas actividades, mientras que Carol ha estado inmersa en el baile desde pequeña dominando todo tipo de ritmos, con más de 18 años de experiencia como bailarina, docente y coreógrafa 
Actualmente profesores de baile en el Gimnasio Bahía del Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) dónde imparten Kizomba, Semba y Tarraxinha, tienen una pedagogía peculiar y definida donde mezclan múltiples conceptos poco corrientes para facilitar el aprendizaje y la diversión. Este año el Azembora Tenerife Festival 2024 se convertirá en el epicentro de la kizomba, de la mano de todos aquellos que apuestan por la esencia de estos ritmos.

Currently dance teachers in Bahía Gym Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) where they give Kizomba, Semba and Tarraxinha, have a peculiar pedagogy and defined concepts where mixed multiple bit streams to facilitate learning and fun. Also creators and organizers of the Azembora Tenerife Festival 2022 where they seek to turn this event at the epicenter of the purest kizomba, from the hand of all those who are committed to the essence of these rhythms.
